Ho99o9 and The Armed cancel North American co-headline tour
Ho99o9 and The Armed have announced the cancellation of their planned co-headline run throughout September and October, citing different reasons for the difficult decision.
Rap-punk duo Ho99o9 have unveiled a powerful attack against police brutality.
The likes of Tom Morello and Machine Head have unveiled timely protest songs following the death of George Floyd and subsequent Black Lives Matter protests, and now incendiary rap-punk duo Ho99o9 are having their say with the powerful Pigs Want Me Dead.
With lyrics such as, 'Look at my skin / I'ma black man / In a system where I'm shot down or I'm in the pen,' and, 'Momma be worried about me / ’Cause the pigs want me dead,' it's an eye-opening view into police brutality, with an animated video graphically portraying the subject matter.
There's a warning before you view the clip, too, alerting fans to Pigs Want Me Dead's "extreme language, intense violence portrayed in a realistic manner and scenes that some viewers might find upsetting and triggering. Viewer discretion is highly advised."

Last month, Ho99o9 took part in virtual music festival Black Power Live, with their three-song set featuring blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.
"Keep the fight for justice, ending racism and police brutality moving forward in any way possible, every little thing helps," they said in the description of the video stream. "Thank you to everyone who tuned it, 999."
