Iron Maiden have announced their new touring drummer
Following Nicko McBrain’s retirement from touring, Iron Maiden have revealed that “a name familiar to many of our fans” will be stepping in next year.
With the North American leg of Iron Maiden’s Future Past Tour kicking off tonight, The HU have paid tribute to the headliners as a “special thank you, and out of huge respect as fans of the band”.
The HU have just unleashed an epic cover of Iron Maiden’s The Trooper.
With the two bands hitting the road together on The Future Past North American Tour, which begins tonight (October 4) in San Diego, The HU have tackled the 1983 classic from the headliners in their own unique way.
“The HU is thrilled to be on Iron Maiden’s Future Past Tour in North America,” the band say. “For us, this tour represents an important milestone for the Mongolian music industry and a historical step towards the world stage.
“As a special thank you, and out of huge respect as fans of the band, we covered their legendary song The Trooper and are happy to be sharing that with you ahead of this tour!”
