Who are Slipknot’s fans?
We head down to Slipknot’s Here Comes The Pain tour in Manchester to meet the Maggots that had their lives changed forever by nine masked men from the cornfields…
Slipknot's own Knotfest is hitting Mexico and Colombia later in the year.
While Slipknot are currently on the road tearing their way through Europe, the band are adding even more dates to their 2019 calendar.
The Iowa titans have announced two huge Knotfests for later in the year – not only their own return to Colombia on December 6, but also a partnership with Forcefest in Mexico City where Rob Zombie will also headline. More info is due to arrive soon, but in the meantime head on over to Knotfestmx.com, and check out the two teasers below.
In other Knotfest-related news, the band's longtime manager Cory Brennan revealed this month that requests have come in for more dates of the travelling festival to hit Europe.
“The first one is in Clisson, France, the day before Hellfest starts,” he tells Music Week. “You buy a separate ticket to Knotfest and a separate ticket to Hellfest. We’re at 40,000 tickets, and it’ll sell out. Now we’re getting approached about doing Knotfest in Germany, Switzerland, and throughout Europe.”
