Who are Slipknot’s fans?
We head down to Slipknot’s Here Comes The Pain tour in Manchester to meet the Maggots that had their lives changed forever by nine masked men from the cornfields…
The first wave of bands for this year's Knotfest At Sea has been announced, along with a ton of ’Knot-related activities.
It's been several months since Slipknot announced that they would be hosting their first-ever Knotfest At Sea cruise, and now the Iowa titans have revealed who else will be joining them on board.
As well as confirming a host of Slipknot-related activities across the August 10-14 event, the band have announced that Anthrax, Behemoth, DevilDriver, Sevendust, Skindred, Ho99o9, Higher Power and Sleep Token will also be performing at Knotfest At Sea, with more bands to be announced soon, too.
"Maggots and Legions!" exclaims Behemoth frontman Nergal. "Our momentous tour with Slipknot comes to an end in a few days and it’s been our biggest in Europe to date! But I’m beyond excited that our comradeship with Slipknot ain’t over yet… for we're teaming up with them again for Knotfest At Sea! We look forward to feasting again this summer!"

“DevilDriver is extremely honoured to be asked to play the first Knotfest At Sea cruise!" adds Dez Fafara. "We cannot wait to sail the high seas together with Slipknot and this killer line-up of bands. So raise the Skull & Crossbones and prepare for a party at sea."
As well as sets from the aforementioned bands – including two different shows from the hosts themselves – Slipknot have announced the following on-board experiences:
– A live Q&A with members of the band
– A Sid Wilson DJ/MC set
– A Slipknot whiskey tasting and discussing with Clown
– A signing with Mick Thomson
– A drum workshop with Jay Weinberg
– A bass clinic with VMan
– 20 years of Slipknot memorabilia showcased throughout the ship
