The huge first wave of bands and artists for next year’s Bearded Theory has dropped.
The Catton Park weekender will be headlined by a very cool mix of stuff: Iggy Pop, Manic Street Preachers, The Sisters Of Mercy, Leftfield, Yard Act, The Mary Wallopers, Ash, CMAT, Nova Twins and Fat Dog. Elsewhere, the line-up will include Dream State, CLT DRP, The Selecter, GIRLBAND! and many more, all of whom you can catch between May 21 – 25, 2025.
And we’re very much hoping for some new music from Novas by the time they headline Bearded Theory. At the end of last year, we caught up with Amy Love and Georgia South to hear how much they’d done in 2023, and how attention was turning to album three. “I think this feels like our second album,” Georgia considered. “Supernova felt like a debut, because our actual debut was kind of swallowed by COVID.” The duo didn’t tell us much about the record at that point, but confirmed it was ‘going well’ – so watch this space!
