Listen To Dream State's Cover Of Crawling By Linkin Park

Kerrang!'s Best British Breakthrough winners have also lined up a 24-date UK tour.

Welsh quintet Dream State have covered Linkin Park's Crawling for Hopeless Records forthcoming compilation, Songs That Saved My Life.

The collection – which features the likes of Neck Deep, Against Me! and Taking Back Sunday – will be released on November 9, with money going towards the mental health and suicide prevention organisations Crisis Text Line, Hope For The Day, To Write Love On Her Arms and The Trevor Project.

"Linkin Park helped shape us as people and musicians and their music aided us during the darkest times and helped inspire the music we make today," explains Dream State vocalist CJ.

The band, who won Best British Breakthrough at this year's Kerrang! Awards, are currently working on a new album ahead of their biggest UK tour to date.

"We are currently in the throes of album writing and we are so happy on how it’s all coming together," says CJ. "We're currently working hard on getting this album out, so we can tour in more countries and reach out to as many people as possible, it’s been a whirlwind of emotions and we can’t wait to show the world what we have to offer.

We're really stoked about this tour!" she adds. "It’s our biggest headline tour yet and we are excited to see all the fans again We’re hitting a few new places, so we hope to expand the team a bit more and just have a good time. We will be dropping a lot of new music so can’t wait to express these new songs on the stage."
