Gerard Way is among the voice cast for a Dungeons & Dragons pinball game
My Chemical Romance singer Gerard Way joins the likes of Michael Dorn and Kevin Smith in the voice cast of the new Dungeons & Dragons: The Tyrant’s Eye.
It almost made it onto The Black Parade!
Fancy hearing some previously unheard Gerard Way music? Well, thankfully you can listen to this rare recording from his My Chemical Romance days.
Gerard took to his Twitter to reveal the track, a cover version of The Carpenters’ Superstar, which helped him warm-up before he recorded the vocals for Cancer on The Black Parade.
Talking about the cover and the potential idea of The Black Parade being a double album, Way said on twitter: “There was one point where we toyed around with putting a cover song on the album, because that would have been kind of next level but we already had too many tracks. Realistically, BP could have been, and almost was, a double album.”
