Travis Barker reveals he’s recorded two albums in the past two months
blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has been very busy in the studio since the band got back from tour…
Headlined by blink-182 and Green Day, nostalgia fest When We Were Young have added a new date with the same line-up this October.
Following the massive success of last year’s inaugural When We Were Young, the U.S. nostalgia fest have added a second date for 2023.
The line-up will be exactly the same and it’ll take place the following day on from the original, so that means that now the likes of blink-182, Green Day, The Offspring, Good Charlotte, Rise Against, Pierce The Veil and more will be at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds from October 21 – 22.
When We Were Young happens during blink’s huge global reunion tour with Tom DeLonge, which kicks off on March 11 in Tijuana, Mexico, and is currently scheduled to wrap up next year on March 4 in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Of course, earlier this month Travis Barker revealed that he had dislocated his ring finger during blink rehearsals, so hopefully that’s now healing up in time for their first show back.
As for fellow headliners Green Day, the band confirmed that last year they’d written and recorded new music in London and Los Angeles… so will we hear any of that in time for When We Were Young?
