Foo Fighters will be playing October’s Singapore F1 Grand Prix, along with the likes of Elton John, The Smashing Pumpkins and BABYMETAL.
Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl and Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong delivered acoustic performances from their living rooms to help raise money for those on the front lines battling coronavirus.
Last night, Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl and Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong performed acoustic songs in their living room for The iHeartRadio Living Room Concert For America.
The stars were joined for the special benefit event by the likes of Billie Eilish, Mariah Carey, the Backstreet Boys, Alicia Keys and host Sir Elton John, with iHeartRadio's aim of the show to "help support relief for all of the first responders and everyone else who has been risking their lives every day in the fight against the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the victims of its rippling effects”.
At home in Hawaii, Dave dedicated Foo Fighters' legendary 1997 track My Hero "to all the people out there on the front lines, who are doing all they can to get us through this", prefacing his performance by stating, “I hope you’re staying healthy. If you love someone let them know, if you’re thankful for someone, tell them."

Meanwhile, Billie Joe performed Green Day's 2004 smash single Boulevard Of Broken Dreams with a few cameos from his dogs in his living room in California.
"I hope everybody's happy and healthy – or trying to be as happy as possible," he said, "I know it's a really stressful time. But I just wanna say it's an honour to be playing for everybody right now."
