Mark Hoppus reveals Fahrenheit-182 London show at the Savoy Theatre
blink-182’s Mark Hoppus will appear in London this May to celebrate his Fahrenheit-182 memoir – and he promises it’s going to be “the greatest event in human history”.
He's got a note from his doctor to explain the situation.
Ooof. It sounds like poor ol' Travis Barker has been having a hard time of it recently. blink-182 were forced to postpone two dates of their Kings of the Weekend Las Vegas residency shows this weekend due to Travis' health issues, and now it looks like fans are going to have to wait until July to get to see them in Sin City.
Travis posted the following note from his doctor on his Snapchat:
“Travis Barker has developed thrombophlebitis in his bilateral upper extremities as well as cellulitis, treated appropriately with antibiotics and anti-coagulants, his condition should improve over the next few weeks. If untreated or exacerbated, this condition could result in severe adverse effects. Due to the strenuous nature of Mr. Barker’s performances, I have advised him to temporarily discontinue all performing through July 1, 2018. At that time, he will be re-evaluated by his physicians to see if he can resume performing.”
Get well soon Travis!
