The members of blink-182 have been using their time in the coronavirus pandemic productively – from releasing lockdown skate-punk single Quarantine, to writing more new music. And while Travis Barker has also been busy helping his pal Machine Gun Kelly take over the world of pop-punk, the drummer has confirmed that we can expect a new record from him main band this year.
Taking to Instagram to share a black-and-white photo of himself with the caption "GRATEFUL", the sticksman was asked in the comments if there are "any new blink-182 albums dropping this year", to which Travis responded with a very emphatic "YES". So there you go.

Back in May 2020, Travis revealed of his workload within the COVID situation: “You really don’t have anything else to do so you really just start to get creative. I slowly started going to the studio and just really tapping in with artists that were also quarantined and worked on projects. And I think everyone is so grateful and fortunate to be able to make music and just be alive, seize the opportunities and be creative and make great music.”
