Who are Slipknot’s fans?
We head down to Slipknot’s Here Comes The Pain tour in Manchester to meet the Maggots that had their lives changed forever by nine masked men from the cornfields…
Slipknot have posted a tribute to their founding drummer Joey Jordison, who passed away earlier this week.
Following his devastating passing on July 26, Slipknot have paid tribute to their former drummer Joey Jordison.
The band parted ways with Joey back in 2013, but in a short statement they write that, "Without him there would be no us."
Their words come accompanied by an eight-and-a-half-minute Joey compilation video featuring behind-the-scenes footage, iconic live moments and lots of the drummer simply just doing what he did better than anyone else on the planet: absolutely crushing it behind the kit.

"Joey Jordison’s art, talent, and spirit could not be contained or be held back. Joey’s impact on Slipknot, on our lives, and on the music that he loved, is incalculable. Without him there would be no us. We mourn his loss with the entire Slipknot family. We love you, Joey."
