“I’m freaking out!” Linkin Park’s new album From Zero hits Number One in the UK charts

While we sadly weren't able to enjoy Slam Dunk Festival in 2020 due to coronavirus, there's still exciting news from the Slam Dunk camp: the event's partner Slam Dunk Records have relaunched this year – and unveiled their first signing.
Leeds newbies For You The Moon – who share a mutual love of the likes of Basement, Bring Me The Horizon, The Band CAMINO and The Killers – have shared their debut single Lost Without It on the label, with a debut EP set for release in 2021.
“I wrote Lost Without It when I was in that weird period after breaking up with somebody, in that place where you’re really trying to numb your own feelings and I was partying more often than I wasn’t,” explains frontman Isaac Cooter. “You end up surrounded by other people who are just as out of it as you are, probably trying to forget their problems by doing the same thing.”

He continues of For You The Moon's honest lyrical approach as a whole: “It gets me in trouble a lot of the time. I always try and stick to the truth as much as possible when I’m writing, using situations I’ve been in as fuel, these songs end up making you get over the issue or they plunge you straight back into it.”
