Rapper Lil Jon has reposted a video captured by producer Andrew Watt of Ozzy Osbourne reacting to 2004 hit Let's Go – which features a sample of his solo mega-single Crazy Train.
The track was memorably worked into the collaborative rap single by Trick Daddy, Lil Jon and Twista, and has been used in many TV shows, movies and more over the past 17 years since its release. Somehow, though, The Prince Of Darkness was unaware of its existence, admitting, "I've never heard this before!" as he amusingly listens to it for the first time. "I think Ozzy is pleased," Lil Jon wrote when sharing the video (check it out below).
Presumably, Andrew Watt played Ozzy the song as the pair took a break from working on the follow-up to 2020's brilliant Ordinary Man album.
In December last year, the producer revealed that they were "halfway through" the creative process, teasing that there's an all-star selection of guests who have joined in the fun on the "basic tracks" so far: Metallica’s Rob Trujillo, Foo Fighters’ Taylor Hawkins and Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Chad Smith. Oooooft!
