In pictures: The Gaslight Anthem’s epic three-night Camden takeover
From their new Billie Eilish cover to onstage guest appearances and mixed-up setlists, here’s what went down at The Gaslight Anthem’s triple Roundhouse takeover last week…
Fresh from returning from hiatus, The Gaslight Anthem will be hitting the road for the first time in four years!
Last week, The Gaslight Anthem delighted and surprised fans with the announcement that they were officially back as a "full-time" band again, with plans to tour and write a new album. And they've already made good on the first part of their promise, unveiling a run of UK, European and U.S. headline shows.
The New Jersey heroes will be kicking off their comeback in Berlin on August 9, before travelling through various venues in Germany, the UK (including their biggest date ever here at London's OVO Wembley Arena) and Northern Ireland. Then, in September and October the focus will be back on their home country, as TGA perform 15 shows across America with support from Tigers Jaw and Jeff Rosenstock (various dates).
Announcing their return, frontman Brian Fallon shared: "…I am very pleased to announce to you all that The Gaslight Anthem is returning to full time status as a band.
"We’ll be announcing a lot of tour dates in the next couple of days. We’re also beginning to write new songs for what will be our sixth LP. We’re looking forward to the future and seeing you all again. We want to thank you for staying with us."
