Split Chain sign to Epitaph, unleash new single featuring Softcult

Split Chain have unleashed a huge new single – their first for none other than Epitaph Records.
The Bristol nu-gaze crew have signed to the legendary, Brett Gurewitz-owned label for their next chapter as a band, after breaking out only last year.
Their first offering for Epitaph goes by the name (Re)-Extract, and it features the equally rad Softcult. “It’s so easy to get stuck in negative spirals, admitting defeat and accepting it as part of you and your personality,” they say of the track, “when in fact it is possible to find a way out.”

Meanwhile, speaking about signing to Epitaph, Split Chain say in a collective statement: “We could never even imagine we’d be in the position we’re in today; we are just in so much shock. Epitaph is a label that we all grew up with and found new music through, which had such an impact on all of our lives. We could not be more thankful to the team at Epitaph for taking a chance on us.”
