They’ll be over here next month to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their phenomenal debut album, but Slipknot have already confirmed a big return to Europe in 2025 as well.

The Iowa metallers will be crossing the pond next June to play some of the biggest rock and metal festivals around, plus a few of their own headline shows while they’re here.

These dates seemingly haven’t been billed as part of the anniversary celebrations, so presumably there’ll be a whole new set and setlist for fans. Of course, Corey Taylor has already recently debuted an update to his mask – so will others follow suit? And might we even get new music by June?

A few months ago, Shawn ‘Clown’ Crahan told Revolver that the ’Knot would release something “really soon”, and it would be “delivered to you in a way you can’t imagine”.

“I can say that there’s gonna be music sooner than you can imagine, delivered to you in a way you can’t imagine,” he said. “And I’m excited because we’re not on a label. And there’s a lot of dismay with that, you know what I mean? But there’s also a lot of middle fingers with that. I love it, you know? Come and get us, or we'll come to get you!”
