Sydney gets rocked as Korn, Loathe, Sleeping With Sirens and more take a noisy pre-Christmas trip down under…
Glastonbury have shared the line-up for the Field of Avalon – and it features everyone from Skindred to Baby Queen to Toyah & Robert.
The line-up has just been announced for Glastonbury’s Field of Avalon.
Skindred, Frank Turner, Toyah & Robert, Baby Queen, The Scratch and more will all play the famed area of the Worthy Farm fest – which is described as ‘an island in the sea of Glastonbury’, with a gender equal line-up.
‘Once part of the Greenfields it remains as one of the original areas still visited by a diverse lineage of legendary musicians, artists and fellow pilgrims,’ reads a description of Field of Avalon on Glasto’s website. ‘Festival travellers come to rest their weary legs and recharge with a pint of ale, delicious food and some of the best and diverse musical programs on site.
‘Expect days of eclectic music representing the best in the world of contemporary, roots and folk music, a gender equal line-up and intimate, never-forget Glastonbury moments when you visit the Field of Avalon.’
Glastonbury announced their full 2024 line-up last month, with the likes of Avril Lavigne, High Vis, Mannequin Pussy, Heilung, NewDad and more set to play across six stages. Elsewhere IDLES are headlining The Other Stage, and SZA, Coldplay and Dua Lipa will take on the iconic Pyramid Stage.
