Royal Blood have announced an August tour

Before they hit Reading & Leeds this summer for two huge gigs, Royal Blood have announced an underplay tour to prepare for their festival shows.

The duo – Mike Kerr and Ben Thatcher – will be performing their first UK shows for almost two years, and will be hitting Southampton, Newport, Dundee, Nottingham and Margate in August before they take on Reading & Leeds later in the month.

Support on this underplay tour comes from The Mysterines (Southampton, Newport and Margate) and the brilliantly-named Psychedelic Porn Crumpets (Dundee and Nottingham).

While things have been relatively quiet from the Royal Blood camp recently, the pair did attend last month's epic Kerrang! Awards 2019, presenting the one and only Jimmy Page with the Kerrang! Icon Award.
