German titans Rammstein are now playing two UK shows next year – including their biggest headline show ever in England.
Following Rammstein's absolutely epic headline show this weekend in Milton Keynes – their biggest UK headline date ever – the German titans have announced a return for 2020.
The band will be taking on the Ricoh Arena in Coventry on Saturday, June 20 next year – which will actually top last weekend's record as their biggest headline date ever in England.
Of course, this isn't Rammstein's only UK stop in 2020; the six-piece will also be hitting Belfast's Boucher Road Playing Field in Northern Ireland just three days before. The two dates are sandwiched in between a whole load of huge arena and stadium dates throughout Europe, running from May 25 in Austria, to August 4 in Denmark.

Kerrang! recently spoke to Rammstein's lighting designer Roland Griel to talk about what goes into such an epic live show. He told us that around 400 people work on the setting up, taking down, transporting, operation, maintenance, feeding, management, and blowing up of each and every gig.
There’s even a second team on hand to start work at the following venue, getting ready to set up and build the stage. Bonkers.
“Going into stadiums, you can only bring in about 10 trucks at a time, so you have to make sure you bring in the right one at the right time for what it’s got in it, that there are enough people around,” says Roland. “I think they’ve got the load out down to four and a half hours now. Then they get in the trucks and drive 500km to the next show. Then they load all the pyro and lights, which takes about eight hours. Repeat that until the tour is over!”
