Pick Up A Limited Machine Head Demo Cassette With This Week's Kerrang!

As a callback to the early 90s, when we gave away Machine Head's original demo, we've teamed up with the band to share this limited edition cassette.

Pick Up A Limited Machine Head Demo Cassette With This Week's Kerrang!

Back in 1993, Kerrang! heard a copy of Machine Head's first demo on cassette. This was around the time that the band prepared to sign to first label, Roadrunner Records. We dug what we heard and we thought Kerrang! readers would too, so we got hold of 300 copies of the tape and we gave them away. Readers had to write in to get a copy of the cassette. They did in their droves, and it set the ball rolling as far as Machine Head were concerned in the UK and Europe, and creating a buzz for their debut album, Burn My Eyes. The rest, as they say, is history.

This week we're celebrating the release of Machine Head's new LP, Catharsis, as well as giving a nod to our long history of working with the band, by putting out a very limited Machine Head specialcollectors' issue of the mag, featuring a cassette of the Catharsis demos as well as a hand stamped and numbered certificate of authenticity to go with it.

Head over here to pick up yours, but hurry! There's only 300 copies available, and when they're gone, they're gone.
