After having to cancel Saturday’s show at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium due to “illness in the band”, Pearl Jam have announced that two gigs this week have also been scrapped.

As part of their Dark Matter world tour, the band were due to play Waldbühne in Berlin, Germany on Tuesday, July 2 and Wednesday, July 3, but they have announced that, “Despite everyone’s best efforts, the band has yet to make a full recovery” from this illness.

Pearl Jam have also stressed how seriously they are taking these cancellations, writing that, “We feel deeply that so many people spend their time, money, and emotional energy to get tickets and then to come see the band and it is heart wrenching to have to disappoint you. We also appreciate the many people whose hard work goes into making these shows happen.”
