SharpTone Records have just unveiled a brand-new signing: OVERSIZE.

The UK alt-shoegaze quintet – vocalist Sam McCauley, guitarists Tazz Edwards and Lewis Lennane-Emm, bassist George Lewis and drummer Sam Shutler – join an awesome roster featuring everyone from Boston Manor and Loathe to Holding Absence and Better Lovers.

“It really is an absolute honour to join the SharpTone family, home to so many of the very best current alternative artists,” enthuses Lewis. “To be part of a culture that celebrates and nurtures creativity and artistic development feels very special.”

To mark the announcement OVERSIZE have unleashed huge new single Fall Apart, which vocalist Sam explains “lyrically shifts around the themes of grief and heartbreak. Reflecting on a moment of disconnect. How you can feel numb and soulless whilst still yearning for a connection, for love. The basic want of someone to hold you and tell you it’ll be just fine, while simultaneously isolating yourself from the world.”
