Keith Buckley’s new band Many Eyes have followed up debut single Revelation with another great tune, which is about “untangling ourselves from the traditions that bind us to past trauma”.
Following last month’s excellent Revelation, Many Eyes have just unleashed their second single as a band.
The Keith Buckley-fronted trio have shared anthemic new tune Mystic Cord, which, according to the vocalist, is lyrically about “untangling ourselves from the traditions that bind us to past trauma. I hoped to express the idea that it’s not enough to just put up a boundary, there has to be the deeper, more difficult work of separating one’s entire life path from the path of those who harm us.”
Mystic Cord also has an accompanying video, which was created by Jake Johnston (Sleep Token) and 3D visual artist Matthew Collamore, not to mention with the help of ‘thousands’ of submissions of photos from their fans – check it out below.
Catch Many Eyes on the road in the U.S. next January and February.
