They've also released a very powerful video for One More Light.
Linkin Park have announced details of a special one-off show to honour the life and memory of their frontman, Chester Bennington. The event will take place on Friday, October 27, at the legendary Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, with tickets going on general sale this Friday (September 22) from the following link.
The event will be the first time all five remaining members of Linkin Park have performed together since the tragic passing of Chester on July 20. It will see them joined by a variety of special guests and musicians as they celebrate the incredible legacy he has left behind.
All fees from the performance will be donated to Music For Relief’s One More Light Fund in memory of Chester.
On top of that, they've also released a very moving, powerful video for their track, One More Light, which has been directed Linkin Park’s Joe Hahn, and longtime band videographer, Mark Fiore.
“It has been incredibly emotional to work on this, and especially to watch it,” says Joe Hahn. “I feel that by doing it, we not only faced some of our biggest fears, but it enabled us to use our talents to bring some light to people who need it. As we move forward to the Hollywood Bowl show and beyond, I think about the people who connect with the band, outside and inside our circle. This video is a gesture of good will to the people who want that connection.”
