Album review: Opeth – The Last Will & Testament
Swedish prog metal overlords Opeth return with intense, beautifully delivered but ultimately baffling concept record.
Iconic horror franchise Halloween is coming to an end – but not before Laurie Strode and Michael Myers fight it out…
The first teaser trailer for this autumn's Halloween Ends has arrived – and it sees Laurie Strode and Michael Myers finally coming together for a full-on battle.
A year on from Halloween Kills – but set four years after the events of the movie – Halloween Ends will arrive on October 14, and is described as the "epic, terrifying conclusion" to the story.
Starring the iconic Jamie Lee Curtis as Laurie, it is teased that Halloween Ends will see the star face off "for the last time against the embodiment of evil, Michael Myers, in a final confrontation unlike any captured on-screen before. Only one of them will survive."
Read a more in-depth synopsis: "Four years after the events of last year’s Halloween Kills, Laurie is living with her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) and is finishing writing her memoir. Michael Myers hasn’t been seen since. Laurie, after allowing the specter of Michael to determine and drive her reality for decades, has decided to liberate herself from fear and rage and embrace life. But when a young man, Corey Cunningham (Rohan Campbell; The Hardy Boys, Virgin River), is accused of killing a boy he was babysitting, it ignites a cascade of violence and terror that will force Laurie to finally confront the evil she can’t control, once and for all."
