Album review: Lambrini Girls – Who Let The Dogs Out?
Brit punk duo Lambrini Girls make righteous noise in all of the right ways on stupidly good debut album, Who Let The Dogs Out?
Lambrini Girls’ excellent Who Let The Dogs Out debut is coming up right behind Franz Ferdinand and Chappell Roan in the charts…
The Official Charts Company have revealed that Lambrini Girls could score a Top 3 album this week!
The punk favourites released their excellent, 4/5-rated debut Who Let The Dogs Out last Friday (January 10), and it’s currently sitting behind Franz Ferdinand and Chappell Roan in the midweeks, which is absolutely huge for the pair.
“Brighton punk duo Lambrini Girls’ debut album Who Let The Dogs Out is predicted to debut at Number 3, netting Phoebe Lunny and Lily Macieira their first-ever Top 10 entry on the Official Albums Chart,” the company write.
The band themselves have shared the news as well, along with the announcement that Who Let The Dogs Out is available on iTunes for just £4.99 – so, if you’re able to, buy it from now until Thursday to keep Lambrini Girls battling it out in the charts.
Announcing the record last October, Lambrini Girls said: “You know how Fleetwood Mac almost dedicated Rumours to their cocaine dealer? I think we should dedicate this album to all the booze we bought at Tesco.”
