Deijuvhs drops his first new single of 2024, Black Metal
Before he takes to Reading & Leeds’ Festival Republic Stage this weekend, listen to Deijuvhs’ new single Black Metal.

Forever continuing to do things his own unique way, Deijuvhs has released a new single that’s described as an ‘imagining of Afroswing collective NSG making an emo song’.
The track goes by the name Black Metal, and is his first new
music of 2024 following some standalone singles last year. Black Metal also
arrives ahead of a big weekend for Deijuvhs, who will be performing on the Festival
Republic Stage at Reading & Leeds – so be sure to catch him if you’re
there.
Speaking to Kerrang! last year about being a part of a new generation of artists bringing fresh ideas into rock and alternative music, Deijuvhs said modestly: “The internet is an amalgamation… everything is being taken everywhere. We look at the old, steal it, make it new. Everyone’s been doing it forever. In 20 years, people will do the same to you.”
