System Of A Down add new stadium dates with Korn, A7X and Deftones
System Of A Down’s previously-announced stadium dates with Korn, Avenged Sevenfold and Deftones have already sold out, with the band adding second nights in each city.
Deftones have confirmed that they'll be rescheduling their U.S. summer tour with Gojira and Poppy for 2021.
The tour cancellations and postponements are unfortunately continuing to roll in, with Deftones, Gojira and Poppy being the latest artists to have their plans scrapped because of the coronavirus pandemic.
The trio's planned summer tour across the U.S. is now being moved to 2021, with Deftones announcing in a statement: Due to the current regulations, and uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we must reschedule our North American summer tour dates with special guests, Gojira and Poppy."

They continue: "We’re currently rescheduling the dates for 2021, and you’ll be the first to know once they are confirmed. All tickets will be honored or refunded upon our next announcement regarding the tour."
The band add that there will also be an update "coming very soon" regarding their European shows, so stay tuned for that, and head here for information on U.S. tour ticket refunds.
While we're not going to get to see Deftones live for some time, the band are currently finishing up their highly-anticipated ninth album.
Recently, frontman Chino Moreno revealed of its potential release date, “We haven’t really discussed it too deeply other than we plan on it coming out this summer. It’s not looking like we’re going to be able to get out there this summer to support it. So does it make sense to put it out when you can’t support it? Maybe. Maybe not. I don’t know. I think that’s something that we’re going to have to figure out sooner than later. But I think our mindset right now is just finishing it completely and making sure that it’s great. And then taking it from there.”
