AC/DC’s crew sent Taylor Momsen a fun gift after she was bitten by a bat onstage
“I can take bat bubble baths now!” The Pretty Reckless’ Taylor Momsen is seeing the funny side of being bitten by a bat onstage supporting AC/DC last week.
A U.S. radio station says AC/DC will release details of a tour next week...
According to V100Rocks, AC/DC could be announcing a tour very soon indeed.
The Kansas radio station claims a "source" has told them the band will be releasing details of a "2019-2020 world tour" on Wednesday.
This little titbit of information comes following months of speculation about what's really going on in camp AC/DC.
It was first sparked in August last year when singer Brian Johnson and estranged drummer Phil Rudd were spotted at a recording studio in Vancouver, where the band have regularly worked in the past.
Then this January, Brian confirmed he is indeed back in the band, and working on a new album. He's also been working with audio experts Asius to try and find a solution to his hearing problems.
Meanwhile, in April AC/DC engineer and mixer Mike Fraser further confirmed the band have been back in the studio working on "something", and U.S. radio host Eddie Trunk claimed the band were "absolutely going to tour again".
Finally, last month (and perhaps not even related to AC/DC) Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh posted on Instagram, saying he'd been working on a project with Brian Johnson.
"Great day making music with my old pal Brian today in London," he wrote. "We nailed it! Love ya man!"
It's all pretty vague, but also looking incredibly hopeful.
Stay tuned for more info when we have it... and chuck AC/DC on the stereo in the mean time.
