Cody Frost has unleashed a brand-new single and video, PROCESS.

The alt. punk star calls this newest banger “a spicy brain rager that begs for a pit”, adding that, “It’s about feeling like I’m pretending to be something I’m not. I act like I have it all together, but in reality, I don’t. I made this song for my younger self, who needed to hear this.”
