Calva Louise announce new album, Edge Of The Abyss

Calva Louise have announced details of their brand-new album, Edge Of The Abyss.

Due out on July 11 via Mascot Records, the trio – vocalist/guitarist Jess Allanic, bassist Alizon Taho and drummer Ben Parker – promise to take fans into their world like never before on the forthcoming record. “Our album is called Edge Of The Abyss because that’s how we live,” explains Jess. “One misstep and everything could fall apart. I emigrated twice, so I’ve already had a culture shock twice. This hurts a little less because this is where I want to be. I have nowhere to go back to.”

To show people what they mean, Calva Louise have unleashed new single Aimless, which Jess says “deals with the fragility of our beliefs but at the same time with the importance of knowing our true essence and standing up for it”.
