Bring Me The Horizon celebrate one billion streams in the UK
Congratulations to Bring Me The Horizon, who’ve received a BRIT Billion Award for really racking up their streaming numbers in the UK!
He’s been joining the headliners every night at the NX_GN tour to perform Antivist – now get a properly up-close look at Bad Omens’ Noah Sebastian onstage with Bring Me The Horizon!
Bring Me The Horizon have just uploaded some official footage of their NX_GN live performances with Noah Sebastian… and it’s blown our minds even more.
The band have been bringing out the Bad Omens frontman every night after their support slot to tear through Sempiternal banger Antivist – and up ’til now, we’ve been enjoying a whole bunch of footage from the crowd (including our own!).
Now, though, Horizon have given fans a properly up-close look from the stage at how Antivist has gone down, including some in-your-face growling shots, a look at the CO2 cannons and production from Oli and Noah’s POV, and of course a lovely little high-five between the two metal titans after a job well done.
Enjoy!
Recently chatting to Kerrang! about Bad Omens’ early comparisons to Bring Me, Noah agreed, “I totally understand it. The vocal style I was doing before sounded a lot like Oli, and we were inspired by them musically.”
He also explained that these days, Bad Omens look to Bring Me The Horizon for “the mindset, rather than the music itself. It’s being fearless, not caring about genres or being confined to what rock and metal is doing right now. It’s doing your own thing and making a sound of your own – that, to me, is how we’re now inspired by them.”
