Bloodstock add Mastodon as Sunday night special guests

Bloodstock’s monster bill for 2025 just got a whole lot heavier, with the mighty Mastodon joining the Sunday night line-up as special guests to Gojira.

Back in 2016 it was Gojira playing before Mastodon on the Bloodstock main stage, now nine years later they’re back together for what’ll no doubt be three-plus hours of progressive metal mayhem.

Weekend tickets sold out not long after the initial announcement of Trivium, Machine Head, Gojira and more… but due to the demand, BOA are opening up a whole new campsite called Kyrr. Full details of how the new campsite will work are available on the Bloodstock website.

Bloodstock takes place at Catton Park in Derbyshire on August 7 – 10, 2025, and will feature the aforementioned headliners plus Emperor, Ministry, Lacuna Coil, Kublai Khan TX, Creeper, The Black Dahlia Murder, Obituary and more.
