Live review: Biffy Clyro, London O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire
The band for the ages, Biffy Clyro, open the archives and dust off their early works during three-night stand in London town
Get ready for special live performances from Biffy Clyro and YUNGBLUD next month...
Radio 1 have announced the artists performing at their Live Lounge Month, taking place throughout September. Biffy Clyro and YUNGBLUD will be joining Miley Cyrus, Arlo Parks, Little Mix and more in recording special performances which will be aired on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the month.
YUNGBLUD is particularly excited about all of this. “Playing the Live Lounge was always a massive dream of mine – I used to have the CDs as a kid," he says. "To do it last year was so insane, but this time I have eight months of repressed energy and a whole lot of fire to get out. So bring your petrol!”
Biffy, meanwhile, will probably be in a good mood (more than usual), with their new A Celebration Of Endings album absolutely smashing the charts in its first week. And for more normal live news, they're venturing out on the Fingers-Crossed tour next spring.
