Author Ryan Bird announces authorised twenty one pilots book, The Only Band In The World
The first-ever authorised twenty one pilots book has been revealed, featuring 10 years’ worth of interviews with Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun (and more!)

While most of us are still on the hunt for answers from Clancy – and particularly last month’s spectacular music video for closing track Paladin Strait – a brand-new, authorised twenty one pilots book has been announced for those of us who simply can’t get enough of everything the pair have created.
Entitled The Only Band In The World, its 228 pages contain a foreword from drummer Josh Dun and an afterword by frontman Tyler Joseph, while in-between author Ryan Bird collates his many interviews with the band from the past 10 years. There’ll be plenty on the Blurryface and Trench album cycles, ‘from the vault’ quotes, and all-new stuff on 2021’s Scaled And Icy record – the interviews of which were actually done during the creation of Clancy, which sounds like it will make for especially interesting reading.
The Only Band In The World was put together with the approval of twenty one pilots, and promises ‘intimate and revealing features, as well as new and exclusive material produced specially for this book’.
