AC/DC announce 2025 North American tour
AC/DC will return to the United States and Canada next April and May for a full stadium tour...
According to reports, Brian Johnson has rejoined AC/DC for a new album
Brian Johnson has rejoined AC/DC for a new album, according to LA grindcore band Terrorizer.
Posting on their official Facebook page yesterday, Terrorizer say they bumped in to the former AC/DC vocalist at an airport while returning home from a European tour. And, as pretty much everyone would say to Brian, the band asked about the rumours of his return to AC/DC... and the answer did not disappoint!
The band say: "We ran into Brian Johnson from AC/DC at the airport today after the flight home and we asked him about the rumours of him being on the new AC/DC album.
"He said 'Yes' and that he is 'Sick of denying it'. So that was a cool surprise ending to the tour."
Rumours began circulating last August about Brian Johnson and Phil Rudd returning to AC/DC after being photographed outside a studio in Vancouver.
Brian had to exit AC/DC in in 2016 after suffering serious problems with his hearing, and was replaced by Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose for the subsequent tour.
AC/DC's last studio album was 2014's Rock Or Bust, but with rumours like this flying around, maybe we could see the Aussie giants' seventeenth LP released later this year.
