Watch WILLOW perform her new pop-punk single on The Tonight Show
WILLOW and blink-182's Travis Barker hit The Tonight Show to perform recent pop-punk collab, t r a n s p a r e n t s o u l.
Following the release of t r a n s p a r e n t s o u l in April, WILLOW hit The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to perform the awesome pop-punk single, and chat about her decision to learn the guitar.
As well as playing the track alongside collaborator and blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, WILLOW shared that she was actually inspired by Michael Cera (and Scott Pilgrim) to really dive into guitar.
"I honestly think it was a brewing in me for a while that I knew I needed to play an instrument to really call myself and a musician, and really wanted to do that," she told host Jimmy Fallon. "It was around the time that I found out that Michael Cera had made music."

Previously, WILLOW had admitted of a hesitancy to start performing rock and pop-punk, "I realised that it’s not my voice that can’t sing this kind of music. I was afraid to sing this kind of music because I wasn’t sure what people would think."
t r a n s p a r e n t s o u l is taken from WILLOW's upcoming album, which is due out this summer via MSFTSMusic / Roc Nation Records / Polydor.
