Watch Metallica Tear Up The Bay Area In This Epic 1994 Show

Check out Metallica's full 1994 set, recorded on their summer tour in 1994

For the seventeenth edition of Metallica Mondays, the thrash legends have dusted off two VHS tape from Lars' basement to bring us a whopping two-hour-plus set from Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California.

On the night in question, the band were supported by Suicidal Tendencies, whose ranks included none other than now-Metallica bassist Rob Trujillo.

Dubbed the Shit Hits The Sheds tour (or sometimes the Summer Shit tour), Lars explains that the Four Horsemen had “Nothing to promote, no agenda, it's just a fun run through The States in the hot summer of ’94."

And with no agenda in sight, Metallica's huge setlist comprised tracks from each of their albums to date, including Whiplash, Harvester Of Sorrow, Disposable Heroes and The God That Failed. Plus covers of Breadfan and So What thrown in for good measure.
