Watch BMTH film DiE4u at a "creepy as hell" abandoned summer camp in Ukraine
Bring Me The Horizon have shared a behind-the-scenes look at the making of their "blood rave night club" video for DiE4u.
Bring Me The Horizon have shared an awesome behind-the-scenes look at their video for latest single DiE4u.
The Sheffield titans headed to Ukraine to film the "blood rave night club"-themed promo, with frontman – and writer, director and editor of the video – Oli Sykes explaining in this BTS look that: "Kyiv is just like a super-sick place to make films and to make music videos and everything.
"We did MANTRA there a couple of years back, and the locations you can get out there are just mental – like, we went and shot at some fucking abandoned summer camp. I don’t think anybody’s been there for like 30 years – it was creepy as hell.

"They let us graffiti the whole place, trash the whole place, make it fucking rain blood," he continues, "and yeah, shit that I don’t think we’d be able to do in England, so yeah, it was dope."
Previously speaking about the single as a whole, Oli said, "DiE4u is a song about toxic obsessions, vices and things you can’t kick. I think a lot of people went through very similar struggles while in lockdown, coming face to face with yourself and seeing who you really are and what’s important.
"The song is a triumphant and emotional one for me because it was a time of realisation to kick the things that were no good, and to take the choice in bettering myself. It also connects to a deeper theme about us as a society, and how we need to look at the way we treat ourselves, each other as well as the world.”
