Watch Bill Bailey dance the tango to Enter Sandman on Strictly Come Dancing
Bill Bailey and Oti Mabuse brought the metal to Strictly Come Dancing with their epic tango to Metallica's Enter Sandman
After weeks of competitive spinning and twirling, comedian and metalhead Bill Bailey has made it to the semi-finals of Strictly Come Dancing. And how does a devoted heavy metal fan make himself standout amongst other celebrity couples on primetime BBC television? By bringing out some Metallica!
For the second of his two dances in the evening (the first being the Charleston to Won't You Come Home Bill Bailey, the song from which he took his stage name), Bill and dance-partner Oti Mabuse danced the tango to Metallica's iconic Enter Sandman.
With a giant electric guitar projected onto the dancefloor, Bill and Oti tore the boards up with their metallic take on the classic South American dance. Check out Bill's dance for yourself below.

Surely on this performance alone Bill deserves to be in the final of Strictly Come Dancing. The judges gave them a decent score, but it'll be up to the British public to vote him and Oti through.
Following the dance, Bill tweeted, "Absolutely buzzing after tango-ing to Enter Sandman by
Metallica. Keep rocking."
While rehearsing for his heavy metal tango, Bill played Enter Sandman on the horns for Oti – something he's previously done onstage with his standup shows, including at Sonisphere festival in 2011.
