Tool Are Releasing A New Physical Version Of Fear Inoculum
Physical copies of Fear Inoculum were sold out… until now.
It's been three months since Tool unveiled their stunning new album Fear Inoculum, and while we're still trying to fully get our heads around the typically expansive and creatively breathtaking release, the band have just announced even more for fans to sink their teeth into.
This coming December, the metal legends will be releasing a new expanded book edition of their fifth album – meaning physical copies of the album will no longer be sold out… well, for a little while, we guess.

Following Fear Inoculum's release, we caught up with the band for the the second episode of our podcast, Inside Track. In the interview, drummer Danny Carey was understanding about Tool's amazingly rabid fanbase, having been in their footsteps with bands he admired growing up.
“I understand that curiosity – it’s what drove me,” he said. “It drove me mad not being able to know more about Pink Floyd when I was a little kid. But that’s the great thing – there was this mystery behind it, and we couldn’t find out enough. It made your mind work, it made you seek after it or try to interpret it. It made you envision or imagine what they were doing."
