The Wonder Years and The Menzingers announce U.S tour
What a night out this is! The Wonder Years and The Menzingers have announced a 14-date autumn tour, with support coming from Liquid Mike…
In ‘absolutely perfect tour news’, The Wonder Years and The Menzingers have announced that they are joining forces for an autumn co-headline run in the States.
The two beloved Pennsylvania punk heroes will be joined by Liquid Mike for a 14-date jaunt this October, kicking things off in Portland, ME at the State Theatre and wrapping up at Portland, OR’s Revolution Hall three weeks later.
In a statement on Facebook, The Wonder Years posted of the tour: “I first heard The Menzingers in 2008 when we were living just blocks apart, both playing various basement shows in South and West Philly. 16 years later, we’re finally touring together. It happens this October with Liquid Mike filling out the bill.”
While out on the road, The Wonder Years will also be playing Las Vegas’ huge When We Were Young (playing The Greatest Generation in full). After the tour, meanwhile, The Menzingers will be celebrating 10 years of their album Rented World in Philadelphia and London later in the year.
