State Champs announce fifth album, drop two new singles

Watch the video for State Champs’ lead single Silver Cloud, hear another new track Too Late To Say, and get the lowdown on the pop-punk titans’ fifth LP!

State Champs have just announced their brand-new, fifth album.

The Albany pop-punk faves are going the self-titled route for the follow-up to 2022’s Kings Of The New Age, and will be releasing the record on November 8 via Pure Noise.

Produced by Anton DeLost, frontman Derek DiScanio says of what they’ve created – and why: “We found our way, through the ups and downs within us, personally and as a band, and wanted to express that. This is the right time to showcase it.”

“When we stepped back and looked at the songs, sonically and thematically, it’s a great vision of who we are,” adds bassist Ryan Scott Graham. “Every era of State Champs exists within this record.”

As a preview, the band have shared two new tracks, Silver Cloud and Too Late To Say, with the former having a great accompanying music video to boot. So much State Champs today, basically!
