Slipknot Announce Rescheduled Asia Tour Dates For 2021
As well as Knotfest Japan, Slipknot have announced several more live dates in Asia for 2021.
Following on from the postponement of all summer touring activity this year – including the U.S. Knotfest Roadshow tour, plus the inaugural Knotfest UK and Knotfest At Sea cruise – Slipknot have now announced their first tour for 2021.
The band had already confirmed that Knotfest would be returning to Japan early on in the year (with a line-up featuring the likes of Korn, Marilyn Manson, Crossfaith, Suicide Silence, MAN WITH A MISSION, Anthrax and BABYMETAL), and now have announced additional shows in Singapore, the Philippines and Indonesia.
Hopefully this means that the Iowa titans are also working on rescheduled dates for their other scrapped shows across the globe this year. Previously, they had said in a statement: “The band looks forward to performing for its fans again, and will do so when everyone’s safety can be assured.”
