Sick Joy unleash new “messed up love song”, Hypodermic Sunshine
Listen to Sick Joy’s new single Hypodermic Sunshine, which is a “thank you to the people, the things that pull you out of the darkest corners or the lowest spots”.
Sick Joy have unveiled a brand-new single, Hypodermic Sunshine.
The tune is their second of 2023 following January’s standalone track Painkiller and last year’s WE’RE ALL GONNA F***ING DIE debut album, and was once again produced by Nothing But Thieves’ Dom Craik.
Frontman Mykl Barton describes it as a “messed up love song”, explaining that, “I’m just saying thank you to the people, the things that pull you out of the darkest corners or the lowest spots. Maybe that’s a person, maybe that’s a song, whatever you needed.”
