See Jason Momoa Jam Red Hot Chili Peppers On His New Bass Guitar
Jason Momoa channels his inner Flea and busts out the Red Hot Chili Peppers' cover of Stevie Wonder's Higher Ground.
Hollywood superstar Jason Momoa has already shown the world his rock credentials in the past – from partying with Slayer, to playing Ozzy Osbourne in The Prince Of Darkness' video for Scary Little Green Men. And yet the actor still continues to prove that he's one of the coolest metalheads on the planet, now casually jamming along to Red Hot Chili Peppers on the bass.
During what is, quite frankly, one of the most adorable videos ever, a very excitable Jason receives an awesome new Fender Precision Bass guitar as a 41st birthday gift, courtesy of Fender Custom Shop Master Builder Vincent Van Trigt.

And, as well as just generally gawking at his new instrument in amazement, the actor also seemingly decides to channel his inner Flea, and drops a few bars of the Chilis’ 1989 cover of Stevie Wonder’s Higher Ground.
Between being a warlord as Khal Drogo in Game Of Thrones and a member of the Justice League in Aquaman, it's mighty impressive that he's had the time to learn any RHCP outside of his world-conquering duties… fair play.
(Can we get a full bass cover now, please, Jason?)
