RØRY releases debut EP Good Die Young
The new record includes RØRY’s lead single My Funeral Song featuring Loveless.
RØRY has just unveiled her debut EP, Good Die Young.
Outside of their own artistry, RØRY has written for pop and alt. titans Charli XCX and The All-American Rejects, as well as pop-punk newcomer NOAHFINNCE.
Speaking on the “cathartic” EP, RØRY explains that Good Die Young is an expansive and confessional documentation of the last 10 years of her life.
“Good Die Young is for my mother,” they say. “I poured my broken heart and lost soul into this record in hopes of making sense of myself, making sense of my 20s. The lost decade. I drank, I fucked, I fucked up. Searching for a way to be okay without her. It’s an honour and privilege to go back and tell these stories, from a calmer, healthier place.”
The singer, who has gained traction online, will make her live debut this summer too, headlining a sold-out London’s Camden Assembly on August 25. Fans can order tickets to RØRY’s debut London show here.
