Poppy announces The Last Disagreement livestream
Poppy's upcoming The Last Disagreement streaming event "marks the end of the I Disagree era".
Poppy is set to say goodbye to the I Disagree era with a special livestream event in just a couple of weeks' time.
The show – which premieres on April 24 through Veeps – will see the musician running through her first whole set following the postponement of her UK and European tour last year due to coronavirus. As such, a press release promises that "this will be the first time fans will be given a unique opportunity to witness Poppy’s creative vision come to life pandemic style, as the artist performs songs from the I Disagree era since 2020".

Speaking to Kerrang! late last year about her mindset throughout the pandemic, Poppy explained, "I still disagree with a lot of things that are happening in the world, but in myself, I feel in a much brighter headspace. I finished writing a new album, so that’s a very positive thing that happened [in 2020], and I probably wouldn’t have had the time to do that if the world didn’t shut down, so I’m thankful for that."
When asked if Poppy's metal side will be coming through in new material and if it is still a big influence, she hinted, "I’d say yes to that. Though the new album that I’ve made is going to be left open to interpretation by the listener, I would say that it still has the influence of heavy music."
Awesome. Here's hoping we get a glimpse of that during The Last Disagreement livestream…
