Paramore's Hayley Williams Releases New Solo EP, Reschedules Tour Dates For 2021
Listen to Hayley Williams' new five-track Petals For Armor II EP.
Ahead of the release of her debut solo album on May 8, Paramore vocalist Hayley Williams has just unveiled a new EP, Petals For Armor II.
The five-track collection, according to the singer, "is the perfect interlude between where Petals began and where it’s going… Part lll isn’t far behind. I needed these songs to help me get to a place where I could name my shame, take inventory of emotional scars, true friends, awful coping mechanisms, and discover what I desire for my life."

As well as the already-released singles My Friend, Over Yet, Why We Ever and Roses/Lotus/Violet/Iris, Petals For Armor II also includes new track Dead Horse, which "offers strength back to a younger, weaker version of myself," explains Hayley. "I feel like all of this needed to be said in order to embody the kind of woman I hope to be.”

Unfortunately, with the arrival of Petals For Armor II also comes the news that Hayley is postponing her debut solo tour until next year as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. She was set to hit the UK and Europe in May and North America soon after, but will be rescheduling all dates for 2021 – more information on that soon.
